Crying

How do you handle fear and self-doubt?

When you are on your own. Crying and sitting in bed is the only way I know. I put off what I need to do. Eventually I get around to doing what I need to do.

Anxiety is something you can’t explain to someone who is not in the same position as you. They think you’re faking your emotions. Just to get attention. It is not true.

People think I am a strong person but deep down I am crying for help but no one listens. I am not here to get attention, or someone to feel sorry for me. It is my way to release my feelings about anxiety. It is a disability. It is not noticeable, but it exists.

I believe fear comes from anxiety, but how people deal with it is different for each person. Having no friends makes life more challenging. People say no one is alone, but that is not true. I live for my kids, that keeps me going.

Thank you for dropping by and have a good day or night wherever you are in the world 🌍

Greetings from a kindred spirit. We are only alone when we live in the belief of separateness, As multidimensional spiritual beings we are not ever alone. However, this physical world requires us to speak up about our needs to the people we feel confident in.…Before I get lost in details: “Your always invited to wonder through the gardens of my site, to gather any ingredients needed for your salad of wisdom, that moves your life forward”. So you may discover for yourself wether I can be of help.Sent with blessings.

Thank you for your kind words. My husband passed away last year. It is not the same without him. I miss him. He was my best friend, but I know he is with me spiritually. Again thank you.
