Opposites

What’s the best way to deal with negative thoughts?

When you are sad then think happy thoughts. When you are worried try thinking of other things. When you are depressed think of happy moments. It is not easy, but trying is a step in the right direction. Life can be challenging when we fear doing things, but without trying we won’t know if we can do something.  We have our good days and our bad days. Never give up when life feels hopeless.
