What does it mean to be a good person?
I would do what I am told. I would remember your birthday. I would cheer you up when you are sad. I wouldn’t lie to people. I would care about you and be honest with you.
When it came to me. I was abandoned. I was lied to. My friends lied to me. My husband passed away. Everything I believed was a joke.
Being good is okay when someone cares about you and shows they truly care.
When you stand up for yourself good turns to bad. So I say. Be good to those who truly care about you.
For those who don’t. Stop talking to them. Be good to yourself and forget the rest. Because in the end you stand alone.
