    What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?

    I like weight training. It is a good way to release your anger.  It’s neat to see muscles that you didn’t know pop up. It is just a good feeling to see I accomplished something in my life. I still have a lot of work on myself to do. But it’s hard not having my husband around. But I have been a fighter all my life, or well until 63 which I am. I just need a nudge to do it. My kids will encourage me if I ask, but they are adults now. Boy times fly.

    What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

    I enjoy weight training because it works the whole body.

    It is a great way to let your anger out. Especially if you can’t stand your mother -in-law.  Glass costs too much money, plus you have to clean up. Ha!! Ha!!

    So this winter I am working on myself. I don’t want to feel old. I am 63 years old. I want to feel alive again. I really do.

    Weight training stimulates the whole body, but it wakes up body parts you never knew you had.

    That is my enjoyment.
