What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?
I like weight training. It is a good way to release your anger. It’s neat to see muscles that you didn’t know pop up. It is just a good feeling to see I accomplished something in my life. I still have a lot of work on myself to do. But it’s hard not having my husband around. But I have been a fighter all my life, or well until 63 which I am. I just need a nudge to do it. My kids will encourage me if I ask, but they are adults now. Boy times fly.
